Group B2

Group members: Sai, Danial, Nyi Nyi, Shaun


1:  Run 5 rounds around ISH

2. Practice serving (overhand serve)

3. Practice setting and spiking (Throw, volley, then spike). Rotate so everyone gets to practice spiking.

4. Practice bump and volley. 2 people bump(or volley) to each other and try to keep the ball in the air for as long as possible.
